Don't Worry. We're Not Dead...
...but after a year of nearly non-stop posting, I think that we're all a bit tuckered out. We'll be back soon. I'm just finishing up a book (in theory) now. Anyway, I'm enacting a well-earned vacation. We'll be back to posting regularly in about a week (10/9).
